That's where the pixies live.

Ok, sorry...that's the resistor pack from which one wire goes to the LED panel and most of the rest to the electrodes on the side of the fresh-water tank. There are one or two extras meant for water tanks with more lights in the panel and hence more electrodes in the tank.
