Cool thanks for the advice.

As for the coolant pipes these look to be on their last legs. It appears the have already been cut into two sections - my guess is there was an issue int he middle at some point and the rust was cut out and replaces with a section of hose.

I noticed while working on an unrelated issue that one of those pipes looks like it may have started to weep a bit of coolant - won't be long before that one is a goner.

I'm sure the regular metal ones would be fine but I'd just as soon get the stainless and never ever have to think about them again.
