Scam test: Email the seller and ask to see the vehicle. Chances are good it's "in a secure facility"; that's a good indicator of a scam. I played scambaiter with a similar ad in Toronto a few weeks ago, it eventually developed into a fake escrow scam situation at which point I bailed. I could post the script of the interplay on friday if people are interested.
