One thing to remember when replacing the Throttle Body is replace the
seal between the TB and Center Air Plenum and DON"T use RTV because
most are not Catalytic Converter safe. I've never needed to use
sealer when putting a new seal on.

There seems to be a leak in the shaft of the Throttle body-- we switched it out with another ( used) and it too leaks around the shaft and has a poor fit between the butterfly and the housing.
