First, take out the roll up window. Remove the associated seals surrounding
it as well. Remove the first pair of "clips" that hold the window felts in
place by pushing up on them. Now remove the lower bolt on the wing window
and the screw at the top (that hides under the door seal). This part is
clear in the bently. Now, remove the wing window from the frame by taking
out the two star bolts. Pull the wing window frame loose and remove the
seal. Now, removing the window frame from the window....
Move the frame towards the outside edge of the door (towards the latching
mechanism) and turn the frame so that the tab on the bottom of the frame,
which is the obvious obstruction to remove it from the door is diagonal to
the space between the two sheets of door metal (where the window would have
been). With it diagonal, you can just slip it out, you may have to spread
the two door sheets a bit, but not much.
Reinstall in the opposite order.
