In high-end roof racks, I think there are basically two brands, Yakima and Thule. Neither is cheap. I've used Yakima for years to carry a 19-foot boat with no problems. I've used them (on previous vehicles) to carry two boats or a boat & a bike. No problems. I suspect Thule are the same. The full setup, new, might cost something like $200, but it's been a while since I bought racks. You have to drill through the poptop to attach them, but once you get over the fear of doing that, it's not hard. You can get them at REI or other camping/outfitter stores. Maybe a bit cheaper at a mail-order outfit like Campmor? I don't know anything about cheaper options.
