I used to wonder what the heck "throttle body alignment" meant. (I mean how much wiggle room is there on those fasteners? <kidding>) On OBD1 (my swap) that's not applicable, but I"m pretty sure it is on OBD2.

IIRC, VCDS will do this. Just one minor example of how much that software can do. Plus it works in real time as one drives.
