OK, before I begin, I am in ROUND HILL VIRGINIA, zip code 20141, about 18 miles west of Leesburg, Virginia, 20 miles east of Winchester Virginia and about 45 miles west of Washington, DC. I have 4 Vanagon alloy rims, two with tires, two without. Tires are nearly new snow tires, about 1,000 miles on them. Rims are in good, not perfect shape. I have run the ones with the snow tires on my '85 with no problems. NO center caps and NO lugs/bolts. Looking for $350.00 for the set of 4.
