OK...I get that some folks won't buy...ut if I get $10 per referral then
that is money in the bank.  Why don't you just TRY to sign up and then see
if you have to make a purchase in order to get the 10.00US referral.  I will
promise to donate it and some folks trust me.  I just saw it and had a
really good online purchase and it was ready for my spouse to p/u...so easy
peasy.  Just sayin.  Thanks. Michael.
