Dear George, I would be happy to volunteer an ergonomic, all natural, self powered, 100% Organic, low maintenance, rodent destruction device.

His name is moose, he is well mannered, and certain death to rodents. He cleans up after himself leaving only the trophy parts, tail and the highly sought after, offal. Prized for making really offal smoked rat sausage.

He is relatively inexpensive per diem and is on duty 24/7. Transport charges apply. (Shipping and Handling)
