It should have sufficient processor speed for online videos so my estimate would be that upping the RAM may provide some help. I'm not sure what the max RAM is for those machines but 1gb may be enough. Also ensure there is ample space on the harddrive. When a harddrive gets full, it slows down everything else, especially streaming from the 'net.
