Hi Jamie,

I bought a set in April 2008, and currently have about 45000 miles on them.

Initially, they were great, but after around 20,000 miles they developed some cupping so they are no longer as quiet as they used to be. They are adequate on snow/ice, but not great. Much improved over the Michelin Agilis that they replaced, to be sure.

For my next longterm tire I will probably choose something else, like a Hankook perhaps. I also like the BFGoodrich ATs on my wife's Wolfsburg, but they are about half again the cost I paid for the Nexens, and they probably need wider rims anyway.

Another factoid: Nexen brand is no longer available in Canada outside of Walmart; My source told me recently they have been exclusive for about a year now.

Happy Trails,
