Just put a nice amount around the edge of the pan and set for a minute...then trim or wipe any excess from the inside lip. The trick is holding it in place while you torque it, so get an extra hand and it will take minutes, instead of an hour. Good luck. P.S. Always let a little squirt out of the "cheese can" if you got the aerosol can, when you are done,so you have a little plug that will save the rest for next time.
