Thanks for making the film. Neat to see products used. Good FG safety
tip. Years back, I repaired a wood trombone case with FG. I had left a
mouthpiece inside the case. Some of the plating peeled off it. I
figured the off-gased fumes contained in the case caused this. Those
fumes are nasty.

For any of the "paint" work I've done I've used BASF clear coat paint.

I noticed a video by Ben The Crasy One in the RH column on youtube
page. He shows the technique Don refers to IIRC.

Looks like a huge improvement! I now think I have the worst looking
Aussan Brown van on the list!
