For the archives...ebay links will expire, but digikey link should be good for a long while. A source for the tubes would be nice, but the old can be glued back in place. Some heatshrink tube over the glue joint is something I would recommend for both top and bottom, and are very inexpensive at Home Depot, etc. Don't want water seeping in!
