Opera 11.01 seems to handle it fine. In my experience, MHonArc/mharc ( http://www.mhonarc.org/mharc/doc/ ) produce much better HTML than LSoft, although running servers on Windows really limits the quality of the software you can find.

No DOCTYPE, not tagged as HTML, no opening HEAD! It's a wonder anything displays the archives.
