Hello List, I've been reading your advice for about a year now since getting an 88 Westy full camper but have yet to ask for anything specific. In that time I have also read over a decade of archived listings about installing a jumpseat in the passenger seat position. Based on what I have read, I plan to secure the leg posts first then align the bracket to the battery/passenger seat pedestal second. What I have not been able to find in the list is a precise location where I should drill through the plywood/plastic floor to secure the seat posts. I was hoping that someone who has a jumpseat installed on the passenger side would be willing to measure the distance from the pedestal base and sliding door side floor edge to the center of the floor post holes. Any help is greatly appreciated. Finally, in the interest of avoiding/starting any controversy, I will not disclose whether I plan to bolt posts through the floor or attach caps directly to the plywood! ;)
