I have a 1989 Westy with AC.  The #3 speed sometimes works then goes off and sometimes does not.   The switch on the dash feels good on all settings 1-4.  Would this be a problem up in the fan area?   

Thanks for input.  I tried searching archives for Air Conditioning Fan and did not really find anything.
