Anything can be modified to fit. Is it worth the trouble? Probably not. Redrilling bolt patterns can be an expensive proposition. You have to be madly in love with the look of a wheel before going that route IMHO.

Google '14twelve'. That company makes 'wobble nuts and bolts' which allow you mount wheels on a vehicle which doesn't match exactly but close. There is a minimum criteria that the lugholes be large enough to accommodate the bolt/stud in both bolt patterns.

Are they safe? They are TUV approved. Those guys usually know what they are doing.
