It ain't no bling thang. The 17's are a perfect fit. You'd need to drop the suspension a little or it looks silly with all that sky between the tire and the top of the wheel arch. Otherwise, I feel it's a good fit. Have the same wheel on my Syncro but with taller tires.

I've had 18's on the 2wd a while but took them off when the rubber wore out. It's dramatically less expensive to replace a 17" tire or smaller vs. an 18" one. Just ask any wheel condom merchant.;-)
