Brian, that is kind of odd behavior for a sliding door power lock motor. Usually they last forever since they don't have the same moisture problems as the ones in the front doors. I would recommend taking it out and opening it up and looking inside. It is not very complicated inside and you can lubricate and clean it. I wonder if the problem is the motor or maybe something with your lock mechanism itself. I would also check that while you are in there. A new one going bad in a year is very unusual. PS If anything I said disparages Van-Cafe let me apologize ahead of time :-) Preemptive strike! -- Thanks, Ken Wilford John 3:16 www.vanagain.com Phone: 856-327-4936 Fax: 856-327-2242

I can unlock that door and eventually it will kick off all the other doors. I have cleaned all the grounds on the central lock ground junction (sliding door). > > Any thoughts on this or am I doomed to spend another $150 samolians on another actuator? > > Thanks, > Brian > > > > |
