Brian, I would check the wiring in the door jamb itself. Sometimes the
wires going through this area can get partially broken. That means they
are allowing some current to go through but not the full amount. So you
will have window motors that are really slow or power door lock motors
that are slow. Repair any damaged or broken wires you find here and
this should fix the problem if it is a wiring problem. Very common in
my experience.
