Likely you've done all this but if not.....

Is there a PN on it? Is it correct? (can't imagine what other vehicle would use something nearly identical though)

Did you measure the part against the old one or the new one other side?

Are the holes the same dimension on each spindle? (again far fetched, but maybe the hole got damaged removing the old part?)

Yah I can't imagine it being made that far out of whack, but who knows.
