I think those were the Graber brand, the Hoop Supremacy model rack if you want to browse for parts by name or try contacting the company.

I picked up one of those bumper mount upside down "U" shaped bike carriers for my 86 vanagon.  I think it might be missing some parts.  At some time a list person posted a photo of the same thing installed on their van and I would like to see that to compare.  Anybody have one of these and care to share a photo/advice?
