I have both for diff uses. 2000 2500 Dodge for pulling up to10, k lbs. Of boat, westy for camping. Dodge gets 17 mpg w/ elect fan on 5.9 360 engine, westy loaded a bit more if easy on the foot and on cruise control. Elect sofa bed and two recliner chairs in dodge/cozy extended van. If you pull, American van is best.
