I don't think there is an easy way to lube the window regulator mechanism .. but it does help some to spray the window tracks with silicone spray .. that's a regular service that just about all vanagons need ..that they never get commonly. It helps.

obsessed with lubrication .. since that things that move in concert with each other ...........when some film of lube is kept on them ..they barely wear. Why not preserve these fine vans ? ..especially when it is so easy to spray lube fluids from spray cans. A one half second spray keeps a mechanism happy for a pretty long time. So rewarding too ..a nice smoothly working mechanism.

I only mention it because the vans can use it so much .. and ........of all the vans I see....I never see one that's lubed here and there in a hundred little places like say ... window tracks.
