I always put in on all my vans and cars.. windshield for sure .. but side windows, back window, outside mirrors etc. can't stand a car in the rain without it now. if you're careless about how you apply it you can get a 'foggy ' affect .. but I don't usually have that problem. I don't even clean the glass meticulously first either .. just put on a coat, buff it out, and do it again . good for a few months at least. the also make a washer fluid additive.
