Well 400 miles from and I go to start van (86 2wd 2.1) and it doesn't turn over, just a click on the relays. I try multiple times and nothing. I decide push start to get going and stop at a shop in Columbia sc, wife gets into drivers seat and I'm buckling the kid in I tell her to try to start it and voila it starts. She said she had to turn the key what seemed to be really far. We are on the road but this makes every stop nerve wracking now. Is there a troubleshooting procedure for the switch and is there a way to hotwire if it gets to that. I'd hit the archives but it is really difficult from a phone. We are en route to live oak fl, right now we are on I 77 in south Carolina (9am). Thanks for any and all help.
