It's a great tool to have even afterward and fairly cheap at $10-20. Depending on the issue that may fix you up temporarily.
If you can't find a remote starter button , just run a wire to the small wire on the solenoid of the starter into the engine compartment and use the hot wire on the back of the alt. to jump it. A PITA to have to remove the engine cover everytime to do this ,so a remote starter button would be better. be sure the van is out of gear and brake is on. later mark d |
