grease gun hose works very well.. I've run one for a few years no problem.

just hesitant to recommend it as it's not 'real metal' .. though a grease gun hose sure is resistant to vibration.

and one thing you don't want it that your OP gauge system introduces 'more places' for an oil system failure to occur.
