Hey Peter,

There's probably more detailed info on this in the archives.

You will need to remove the door panel to access the connectors. Once you've disconnected the connectors, you need to remove the plastic plug covers. You can do that with a special tool. I use a tiny screwdriver to release the barb that holds the spade connectors inside the plastic plug covers. Once the spade connectors are out of the plugs, you should be able to pull the wiring out of the hole without cutting anything.
