Park on hills or in spots that you don't have to back out of (or back into them, so you can just push your way straight out). At gas pumps, always pull forward to the furthest pump, even if it means waiting. If you leave yourself enough running room, there's no reason why you cant start the bus easiliy by push starting. With a second set of hands, have your drive man the door frame with the door open while the passanger pushes a bit from behind. Once the bus is moving, even slowly, the back person gets in, and the driver keeps pushing (not that hard). Then jump in, and start (In second gear). I bump started for months. Not that big a deal.
