I feel your pain Tom. Both my shoulders give me problems. But I feel it more when wrenching on the van, reaching over the wrong way etc. The absolute worse, nausea inducing pain occurred when I absent mindedly reached over my shoulder to start the Shindaiwa weed eater... pulling the cord that way gave me new ways of saying the old Anglo- Saxon words we can't say on list :) alistair
