Subject: 85 1.9L Idle Speed Boost Valve(s)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

I have a question that has been bugging me . . .I have an 85 1.9l engine and I have AC (currently not running, but all there) and Power Steering. While redoing my vacuum lines and checking for leaks I was looking in the Bentley at section 24.24b and it shows 2 Idle Speed Boost Valves. One for PS and one for AC. I only have one Idle Speed Boost Valve . I followed the wire off of the plug and the brown wire runs to the PS pump. There is spot right next to the one valve for the second unit. So now I am wondering . .. did the PO take it out and why? Am I supposed to have only one ? I added a link with some photos...maybe they will help......

Scratching my head here

Thanks

Dom
