That's right. And I'm sure, it's being contemplated for a long time already. It works as the hydroelectric plant with their dam water. But there is one similar one; the see level is different in the Caribbean than it is on the Pacific side. One would or should make a huge hydroelectric power station, or several ones or in series to harness that. And I'm sure, there are similar places in the world. Interestingly, the canal that was built for centuries at Corinthia in Greece, does not have almost any difference between the one side to the other.
