Subject: Fridge Thermocouple Anyone?

I have been troubleshooting my Dometic 182b and I need a replacement thermocouple. Anyone have a fridge you are about to scrap that could help me out.

If anyone has found a universal thermocouple that fits, that would be good too as those are cheap. My thermocouple won't put out enough voltage. Sometimes with the flame lit normally, it won't even go above even 1mV which is the cutoff to keep the propane supply flowing.

I am learning alot about these fridges with this one givng me so much trouble. I have found hooking up a millivolt reader to the indicator light * lead is indispensible. Seeing the voltage react instantly to the pilot light is much better than trying to spy the litle eye glass or waiting several seconds for the led to respond.

Thanks Dave in Fort Collins
