Subject: 2.0l Engine Main Bearings available!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

I have two sets of the 021198483a bearings (standard on case first oversized on crank) and two sets of 021198485a (standard on case 2nd oversize on crank) for the 2.0l air cooled Vanagon, Bus and 914 Porsche. They are made by Kohlbenschmidt the original supplier for VW. The 483a are actually made in Brazil now but boxed in Germany (says this on the box) and the 485a are in OE VW boxing and the have the VW logo stamped onto the bearing shells!

If you think you might have a need in the future, I would buy these while you can. They are getting very difficult to get. I am selling them for $125 a set which is a good deal. I have seen them go for $200 a set on ebay and another guy is selling them on the samba right now for $175 a set.

Just FYI.
