The MSDS says that it consists of "proprietary organic compounds," and naptha. Naptha is a petroleum distillate fraction roughly equal to hexane, or white gasoline. That will simply burn in the cylinders, but is more volatile than most gasoline available at the pump. The blurb describes the material as being "enzymes," without qualifying what the enzymes are. It also mentions "breaking up large fuel molecules." That's what the engine does, breaks them into carbon dioxide and water, with beneficial propulsive power released.

I call bogus, like most additives.

Perhaps bad diesel fuel (with stuff growing in it) could benefit from some treatment to remove the stuff -- a filter comes to mind, which is a feature of all automotive diesel retail pumps.
