I agree. A little bit from a lot of people goes a long way toward this project that has reached more than half it's financial goal. The work they have done so far and complied into a trailer is excellent.

This kickstarter way of generating financing is kind of new. AND it's a great opportunity for us to support the arts in an extremely targeted way.

I noted the other day on the list I would contribute and I will today. I'm not all that liquid in the finances department so it's taking a little doing to free up the dollars. But by tonight I'll be able to log in and contribute.

Why would I? Because it's a great opportunity.

For about $20 you get a copy of a DVD of the completed film and the world has the opportunity to see the movie--and isn't it really our movie?

For $0 you get to know the film will be scrapped and never be see by anyone. Then, we'll all have to go see "Sucker Punch" in the theater.

"Who Killed the Electric Car," "Murderball," "Enron, the Smartest Guys in the Room" "Maxed Out" "102 Minutes that Changed America"...where would we be without these films?

The Soviet Union! We'd be in The Soviet Union! ...what...The Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore? Since before or after "Batman Returns"?

Well, OK, it's a brave new world, and we the people can contribute to what we want to see on the big screen and the small screen and what we want our children to see, or we can be complacent and complicit with what we are fed by the corporations that fund films they want us to see.

For as little as $60 you get your name in the credits of "The Bus Movie." If you don't need bragging rights then you can contribute less and get the free DVD to watch in the winter when you're dreaming of hitting the road in the summer. Or you can just contribute because you want to contribute.

Good night, and Good News. Best, Jeff 83.5 Westy LA,CA
