What I did on the Bay Westy's I had with the luggage rack noise (and it would wake the dead, it was BAD) was to use the seal with the bulb, but about 8 inches back on each side I cut out a small section (maybe an inch and a half) of the bulb using a single edge razor blade, allowing for water to drain out. I liked the BusDepot seals and they were easy to put on and look very good. But I wonder if the "generic poptop seals" that have the bulb part on the bottom that others sell wouldn't have helped with the wind noise on the luggage rack section. Whatever water gets under the luggage rack is going to find some way out, which is why I wasn't worried about using some silicone sealer on the front edge.

Ron have you ever tried using your rear seal for the luggage rack area too?
