Hey Folks--

There was some talk here and on faceBook about the "The Bus" a documentary film being shot by a Vanagon owner in Missoula, MT. The film follows the history of the VW Bus from the early days through the 90s. It's a "tale of freedom, love, and friendship" say the filmmakers.

Here's a link to a clip from the film currently in production with lots of great shots of Vanagons and busses doing what we do. On this page you can click on the "UPDATE" link for some more footage and interviews that looks like it must be a Baja Westfalia trip. There are great shots throughout to virtually transport you out of the office.

You also have a chance to donate to the film via kickstarter to help the independent film get completed. Looks like as little as $25 gets you a DVD copy of the completed film.

Usual Disclaimers: I'm not involved in the film in any way. I just think it looks like a great project--well shot and well put together.

Watching the trailer and all is free at the link.
