The drivetrain is mounted on rubber, so there should be some movement. If a mount is broken, that movement becomes more noticeable. Put a jack under the engine, lift it maybe a quarter inch (just enough to take the load off the mounts), and try to move it about a bit, looking for the point of loosenes.
