It had not rained for 3 days and when I I was painting a few weeks ago I could see that area was still damp, water coming from the inside through the seam. The paint is already starting to flake there and not matter how much rust inhibitor I used, etc. that area is going to corrode away real fast again. Where is that water coming from????? How do I stop it?
