I run 205/65 R 15C tires on two of my vanagons ..
the Michelin Agilles ..
awesome tire and size for road use. ( not for snow/ice..but great
summer/rain tire ) ..

and when saying "215x15 or 225x15"

without mentinoning the aspect ratio ( the # after the/ ) it doesn't mean
much.
Big different between 21/60 or 215/65 or 215/50 etc.

and if it's for semi-off road use ...you may want those larger size tires.

so need to say intended use really ...to get any useful recommendations.
