I have a Terry Kay headlight relay kit, which has been in place and working
since 2004.  I switched the hi/lo relays thinking one was bad but there was
no change.


 The clock goes dim only when I turn on the headlights.  When I flip to high
beams it is normal, as it is normal when I have just the parking lights on.


It sounds like I need to inspect the relay wires and connections.
