It sure as heck did something by itself. When I called it quits for the night the pedal when to the floor with no resistance whatsoever. And the next evening when I tried it there was fluid in the slave cylinder and back pressure at the pedal. Well it didn't actually do the whole line by itself, or did it? As I mentioned earlier when I cracked the bleeder valve fluid was coming out of it. And I did go to the front twice an pumped the pedal. Not being able to be in two places at the same time all I could do was listen to see if the flow increased when I pumped it. And yes it did. All I know is that when I closed the system there was back pressure and the shifting was fine. I will bleed it again this evening and see what I get to come out. So how do you explain that Jim?

The line on mine actually come in below the slave and bends and levels out at the point where you tighten the fitting. Maybe some redid it that way
