I think the pressure bleed systems are more fool proof. You really can't 'draw air' into the system with one, unless you let the reservoir go dry....And one person can use them just fine...again, keeping an eye on the level of fluid in the reservoir.

Could be wrong, though having never used a vacuum style bleeder...nor seen anyone else use one.
