Tom, the kit is almost a plug n' play for vans already equipped with factory power locks, though it comes with brackets and adapters to be installed in a vehicle without as well. For the slider, you'd need an additional set of door contacts, which I think are also available on that site. Alternatively, you could use factory slider contacts as well. The two front actuators are five wire, so that you can lock/unlock all four doors if you use the key or knob (just like factory power locks), and the two others are two wire for powered lock/unlock. The actuators are very well made and I believe are superior to the factory units. I suspect you'd need to supply the wiring for the slider and rear hatch--I suppose large gauge speaker wire could work and be easy to snake around and through everything to make the run.
