I see what you mean. I'll try to refer to a vehicles negative DC connections as connecting to the "frame". Especially on a Westy where the 110V AC is a separate system.

Of course I could get really hip and cool and drag around one of those antistatic strips behind my rear wheel. Then I might get away with using the term "ground". <kidding> ;)
