A thief is a thief. "Why" they are a thief is not my concern. I do belive in free will.

I drive a Vanagon because I like it & would never think of forcing anyone else to drive a Vanagon because I think it's right. My choice, free will, all that stuff.

There are good points and bad points to that choice, but it was 'my' choice. There are good points and bad to points to being a thief, that is the choice of the thief. Finding my tool bag maybe a good thing and finding Mike with a loaded weapon in Texas may be a bad thing. That was the choice the thief made, why he/she made that choice in not my concern.

My concern is protecting what I have worked hard to get. Protecting my family & my well being. For that matter as part of being a good citizen helping protect my neighbors property & well being is part of my life also.

A thief is a thief.
